The organisers, their servants, agents, employees, and all concerned with the Cross Country Course do not accept any liability for any damage whether occasioned by negligence or breach of contract, or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees, or those concerned with the Cross Country Course or otherwise or whosoever.
It is an express condition of every person entering upon the Cross Country Course that they agree, and if under 18yrs their parents or accompanying adult also agree, that they do so at their own risk, and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is explicit in riding a horse on, over, or near a Cross Country Course.
